This policy applies to purchases made directly from ProCMO LLC through pcmoagency.com or a linked checkout, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Business consultation
The 1 Hour LIVE Consultation is a scheduled 1 hour service. You may reschedule once or request a refund by contacting support@pcmoagency.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations, missed sessions, and requests made after the consultation begins are non-refundable. If ProCMO LLC must cancel and cannot offer a mutually acceptable replacement time, the amount paid will be refunded.
Accelerator enrollment
The 90 Day LIVE Accelerator is a 90 day private coaching engagement. Enrollment terms, start date, access, payment schedule, and any refund rights shown at checkout or in a separate written agreement control. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, coaching fees are non-refundable after delivery begins.
Consultation credits
When a consultation payment is eligible for an Accelerator credit, the amount actually paid for the consultation is the amount eligible to be credited, subject to acceptance into the program and the active enrollment terms.
How to request help
Email support@pcmoagency.com with your name, purchase email, service, and scheduled date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; financial institutions control posting time.
